Collection of data from visits to OSK Design’s website

You do not have to give us any personal information in order to use our website except when signing up for specific services (newsletters, forms, etc.). For each service you choose to subscribe to, you will have to actively consent to OSK Design collecting, storing, and processing the data you submit, e.g. email (requested), first/last name (voluntary). Relevant information will be given before you consent to submitting your details.

Collection of data in relation to consultancy and recruiting

Active enquiries regarding consultancy services
When making an enquiry to any company in OSK Design regarding consultancy services, your contact details provided, e.g. email address and/or telephone number will be collected and stored. Emails with relevance to projects and tenders from clients/business partners will be stored as long as deemed relevant.

 

Job advertisements and unsolicited applications

In relation to active job advertisements, we will temporarily collect and register the details you have provided in your application. This data will be temporarily saved in a confined area with access limited only to those in the hiring team. Data related to non-hired applicants will be deleted as soon as the hiring process is completed.
For unsolicited applications, we will review applications and reply immediately. We do not save/register any unsolicited applications and/or data related hereto.

Employment in OSK Design
In relation to employment in OSK Design, candidates are hereby made aware of the types of data that OSK Design is processing and the related purposes.

1: Data Controller for processing the Employee’s personal data is the company, in which the candidate is employed.

2: The Candidate is hereby made aware that the Company will file and process a series of general personal data about the Employee, which are necessary in relation to his/her employment in the Company.

3: The Company makes use of external Data Processors for processing and storing of personal data in relation to the employment. Data processors can be external providers of services related to the employment, including, but not limited to, e.g. operation of the Company’s IT systems and applications, storage on external servers (cloud solutions), external communications providers (E-boks), performance evaluation consultants, salary payment, pension, wage reimbursement related to illness and maternity/paternity leave, insurance company and travel agency, and so forth.

4: Except from data types/purposes as outlined in sect. 3, the Employee’s personal data will not be disclosed to any other data processors unless deemed necessary in connection with jurisdiction, industrial obligations related to fulfilling the employment contract, or in case of legal claim (determination, maintaining, or defence).

6: Employees can read in detail about the Company's processing of personal data in our Company Handbook. Hereunder the Employee's rights with regard to access/insight, correction and deletion of data, storage duration, as well as how to complaint about the Company's processing of his/her data. 

7: Personal data will be stored and processed for the duration of the employment. Upon resignation or termination of contract, personal data will be deleted if no longer relevant. Each Employee's HR-file will be stored with restricted access for five (5) calendar years after termination date for potential refutation of legal claim. 

8: Upon employment in any OSK entity, the Employee gives specific consent to the Company's processing of his/her data. Consent is given voluntarily, and the Employee has had the opportunity to ask for clarification and/or take exception to the processing outlined. 

9: At any given time, the Employee can withdraw his/her consent in relation to future processing of data relying on said consent. In this connection, the Employee can request that any personal data given based on said consent can be deleted from the Company's systems except in cases where they are deemed necessary in connection with ordinary personnel administration or unless deemed necessary in connection with jurisdiction, industrial obligations related to fulfilling the employment contract, or in case of legal claim (determination, maintaining, or defence). 

Withdrawal of consent or deletion of data can render impossible the cooperation between the Company and the Employee, in which case the Employee will be duly notified.
